How long does the ad stay up?
Until you take it down with your manage link, or your careers page says the role is filled. The highlight runs 10 days on Standard, and for as long as the ad is live on Premium.
What if nobody applies?
Your metrics page shows it first: views without clicks usually means the salary is missing or the title is internal jargon. Write to us and we will tell you what we see and, where it makes sense, change the title, add a range, or move the ad up.
Can I edit the ad after it is live?
Yes. Your manage link carries a request-changes form, and we apply edits the same working day. Taking the job down is one click.
Do candidates see my email address?
No. Your contact details are for the invoice and the manage link. Applications go to the careers URL you give us, or to the address you choose for applications.
We are an agency. Can we post for clients?
Yes, as long as the role is real and the ad says who the employer is, or that the employer is confidential. We do not list ads that exist to collect CVs.
