We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the region.

As the Sales Manager for our Wind and Offshore Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the success of our wind and offshore projects. Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wind and offshore sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track progress toward targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the wind and offshore industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and solutions for customers.
  • Ensure proposals align with customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales management within the wind and offshore industry.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
