Responsibilities

  • Handling the central telephone system, managing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Handling main company email box.
  • Business travel organisation (booking hotels, purchasing airline tickets, arranging car rentals for employees on business trips). Ensuring that travel aligns with the company’s travel policy.
  • Guests
  • Managing orders for office supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory and proper office supplies distribution.
  • Support with onboarding process: creating employees IDs, “welcome package” distribution.
  • Benefits coordination (being the first point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries).
  • Coordinating tasks with printing company- preparation of business cards, posters, banners and magnetic signs etc.
  • Invoice registration in D365 system
  • Support with event organisation in the company.
  • Updating local policies related with reception daily work.
  • Other administrative tasks

Our Requirements

  • Master degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent English level
  • Customer service orientation
