Engineering & Business Development Temp

Sembcorp Solar is Singapore’s leading home-grown international renewable energy player. We are seeking talented, highly motivated business development interns to help us further grow our business. You will influence and shape conversations for our customers, by working in a multi-disciplinary team of business, commercial, and engineering professionals to provide the best solutions for our clients. You will also learn more about the renewable energy scene, and how you can play a role in energy transition and the rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

1. Designing solar systems
2. Assisting in solar proposal preparations
3. Assisting in site surveys
4. Preparing marketing proposal and business presentations for clients
5. Undertaking adhoc market research and analysis for the team to identify new business opportunities
6. Assisting the Business Development team to computerize processes through creation of codes/program to improve operational productivity

Requirements

• Ability to work in fast-paced / ambiguous environments
• Resourceful
• Interested to understand how the business world works
• Interested in technology developments in the renewables industry.
• Knowledge in programming is a plus
