Service & Quality Assurance Lead

As a Service and Quality Assurance Lead in the Customer Markets team, you'll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution, managing asset quality assurance and service activities in the field, across all products and services provided by Sustainable Business Energy Solutions (SBES) to AGL customers. In this role, you will manage a team of asset managers, field service and quality assurance managers, customer experience consultants, ensuring that quality is maintained and managed through the performance of auditing, reactive and scheduled maintenance activities while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external contractual obligations. What you’ll be doing
- Contributing to SBES Strategy working closely with peers across SBES to develop integrated strategy and planning.
- Driving ongoing performance across the group to develop high performing and efficient teams and capability-building and encouraging and enabling the team to achieve targets including identifying areas of efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Managing a wide range of complex stakeholder relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of the needs of stakeholders to ensure all activity delivers greatest value, specifically supporting senior leadership.
- Engaging with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to a deeper understanding of Assets and ensuring the assets are maintained and reported on in accordance with all contractual obligations.
- Ensuring targets are set and managed within the team for proactive HSE activities such as field audits and HSE conversations.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in asset management roles within the energy industry and recognised project management qualification preferred but not essential.
- Experience leading teams and ability to problem solve to meet customer needs.
- Experience in quality control, attention to detail and ability to present information clearly and accurately is essential.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder capability, including demonstrated customer focus, management of third-part contractors and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a strong HSE culture.
