Project Director, Power-to-X

You will be part of our growing PtX department comprising 60 dedicated colleagues. We are currently working on several cutting-edge projects in Denmark as well as North and South America. As Project Director you will take the lead and get the chance to work with some of the biggest PtX plants in an innovative department where you will get the chance to shape your role.

You can look forward to working with the following tasks

• Preparing and maintaining the overall project execution plan comprising partnering strategy, procurement strategy, site set-up, and similar. This will be done in collaboration with the various line leads.
• Monitoring and modifying the project plan with support from the project planner provided by the PMI department.
• Surveilling and adjusting the project budget with support from the project controller provided by the finance department.
• Arranging weekly project coordination meetings with the key participants in the project and monthly project meetings with “all” project participants.
• Monthly progress reporting to management and to the project team.

Job prerequisites

• You hold an Engineering Degree, MSc or BSc, and you possess extensive projects management skills gained on large scale construction projects preferably within the process or energy industry.
• Your communication and stakeholder management skills are excellent.
• You have very good oral and written communication skills in English.
• You are an efficient, organized, and results-oriented person with a solid problem-solving mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. It is important that you have good structural capabilities and that you can keep the overview while working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with high complexity.
