Senior Project Manager for Product Realization of Power MOSFETs / SiC MOS (f/m/div)

As a Senior Project Manager, you take over an important role to develop new Power MOSFET, SIC MOS devices for making life of everyone greener, safer and easier. These products increase the energy efficiency of electric drives like those in electric/hybrid cars or trains as well as in renewable energy applications like wind turbines or solar systems.

Your new tasks and responsibilities include:

• Leading and driving cross-functional project teams to deliver high performance power semiconductor products
• Managing project scope, cost, schedule, resources, risks, quality, and communication
• Applying project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project execution
• Providing regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for process and operational improvements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Material Science, or related field
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in leading complex semiconductor product development projects
• Solid understanding of semiconductor technologies, fabrication processes, and assembly/packaging
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English, German language skills are an advantage

  This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a minimum salary of EUR 3.484,76 gross based on the collective agreement, with possible overpayment depending on your individual qualification and relevant professional experience.
