We are now looking for a Lead technician to our wind farm in Finland, Niinimäki. We are looking for candidates who are open minded and appreciate to work on a variety of wind turbine platforms.

How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for you who want a stimulating and varied job, where you will be responsible for service and maintenance of wind turbines at our customers' wind farms.

You get the chance to use your knowledge in electricity and mechanics where you independently solve problems on site to ensure high operational reliability and provide excellent service to our customers.

Your main responsibilities are

  • Implementing internal rules and regulation.
  • Ensuring adherence to public and regional standards and regulations.
  • Act as first level escalation instance.
  • Provides uitable work environment and implements people management processes.
  • Coordinate Service operations and delivery activities and controls the execution according to the organizational guidelines.
  • Lead and/or coordinate a group of dedicated qualified professionals locally to achieve the targets set.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who has at least an high school education with a technical focus. Education in electricity, hydraulics or mechanics is a huge advantage, as well as experience in wind power. You have a flexible schedule and have a driving license, as you will be driving to our different sites.

If you get offered the position you will be getting a health check and a drug test before you start.

You can communicate clearly both in Swedish and English, and you preferably already live in the area or are ready to move to the region. We also see that you…
