About the Role

The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy of Power Factors’ web properties and marketing technology stack. In this role, the responsible party will report into the Demand Generation team and build and execute digital marketing campaign workflows and plays. They will also be responsible for optimizing Power Factors’ websites and landing pages, including building a strong SEO/SEM foundation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing, segmenting and upkeeping the contact records in our marketing automation platform, HubSpot
  • Building landing pages, emails, forms, content nurtures and workflows in HubSpot to support the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Building and maintaining digital ad campaigns inside of our digital ad platforms, including Rollworks, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Develop, monitor and increase Power Factors’ keyword strategy to drive more organic traffic to our websites and build effective SEM campaigns on Google Ads
  • Work cross functionally with other internal teams and 3rd party agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects that affect our website or technology stack
  • Optimize our website for keywords, accessibility and performance in WordPress
  • Stay up to date on the features and functionalities of our existing technology stack and new digital marketing technologies; finding new ways to gain efficiencies and approach our target audience
  • Work with the Demand Gen team on Account Based Marketing campaigns that require personalization and segmentation
  • Manage the reporting on our marketing performance & make recommendations to increase effectiveness

What You Will Need to Be Successful

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, other languages are a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience with ad platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Rollworks is a plus
  • Experience with Google Ads and GA4
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
  • Proficiency with keyword strategies
