Senior O&M Standardization Manager – Wind

The Senior O&M Standardization Manager – Wind will be responsible for supporting the Sonnedix Operations team in establishing operational best practices aligned with the Wind energy industry standards. The successful candidate shall participate in the definition of such standards in the areas of O&M contract standardization, of standard technical KPI definition and deployment of system optimization in alignment with Sonnedix IT strategy. It is expected that the standardization activity will also include working with the Central AM, local O&M and Financial Controller teams to drive consistency across the O&M P&L consolidation, tracking and optimization of the Wind operations activities; these activities shall be managed under the accountability of the local and Central Asset Management teams.

Lastly, the Senior O&M Standardization Manager – Wind shall contribute to the Sonnedix Growth Wind activities supporting the team mapping OPEX and contractual risk assumptions across the projects lifecycles to be used in development and / or acquisition activities.

Desirable skills

• Highly analytical, organized mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
• Significant knowledge of Wind power plant operation and management, including understanding of key project value drivers and standards.
• Understanding of project documents (including SPAs, PPA, O&M and EPC contracts, Land Leases, Insurance) impact into portfolio standardization requirements.
• Strong commercial sensitivity in the managing of renewable energy portfolios across all stakeholders
• Ability to influence and support colleagues through strong leadership.Able to critically examine and question information from a variety of sources.
