Description

Norwich Solar seeks an experienced Development Project Manager to manage specific elements of Project developments. Candidates that are versatile, analytical, entrepreneurial, and team oriented are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple project tasks and schedules of developments across multiple states
  • Actively and creatively seek solutions to development challenges
  • Communicate status and priorities to internal and external parties
  • Ensure accuracy of company submittals and other documentation
  • Proactively prepare and manage permitting documentation from submittal through acquisition
  • Participate in assessing new business opportunities and leads
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in development forecasts

Competencies and Qualifications

  • +5 years’ experience in project development operations and logistics
  • Technical writing for permit preparation and regulatory responses
  • 3+ years’ experience utilizing CRM or enterprise software like Netsuite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of regional interconnection requirements, opportunities and issues
  • Knowledge of regional permitting regulations
  • Experience with financial and business operations analysis
  • Ability to successfully multitask and work well under pressure
  • Position may require some regional travel and presentations to municipal bodies.
