As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at Eturnity you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs and business objectives. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, an understanding of the energy installers market, and a proven track record of working with agile software developments teams.

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales team to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Requirement Gathering: Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging products.
  • Lifecycle: Oversee the product development lifecycle, monitor product performance, gather user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products deliver exceptional value.

What you bring as the ideal candidate

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of product management or product owner experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in the the energy sector, with a proven track record of agile product development.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with user experience design principles and practices.
    • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
