As we lead the electrification journey in the energy sector, we are looking for a Product Manager focused on Operations & Customer Retention to join our B2B2C team. This role is pivotal in strengthening our relationship with existing customers, ensuring they continue to benefit from our ground-breaking solutions. Your Impact

  • Develop and implement strategies focused on retaining our B2B2C customers, ensuring they find continuous value in our products and services.
  • Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement. Your insights will play a crucial role in reducing churn and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Work within a cross-functional team to create value for our customers. Your role will be instrumental in testing new ideas, learning from outcomes, and driving the team towards achieving its goals.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to customer retention, such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and repeat usage rates.
  • Utilize a product-led approach to identify and execute on opportunities for enhancing customer retention through new functionalities and improved user experience.
  • Engage directly with customers to comprehend their needs and preferences, employing a user-centric approach to inform product development and retention strategies.
  • Contribute your unique ideas and seek out innovative yet pragmatic solutions to retention challenges.

  • Seasoned Product Management Expertise: Substantial professional experience in product management, particularly in roles focused on customer retention or similar areas.
  • Discovery and Delivery Proficiency: A solid track record in the processes of product discovery and delivery, with a special emphasis on integrating customer feedback into the product development cycle to improve retention KPIs.
  • Structured and Independent Work Ethic: You are known for your structured and self-reliant approach to work, able to navigate complex challenges with strategic foresight.

  • Interest in the Energy Sector: A keen interest in the dynamics of the German and European energy markets, coupled with the enthusiasm for contributing to a startup's growth and innovation.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is crucial for effective communication with our diverse customer base and stakeholders.
  • Location: Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg
