You will join our Energy Transition Department and will work on exciting projects that will drive the shift toward cleaner energy and a brighter tomorrow

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be

  • Leading and managing projects related to the energy transition in Germany, including the development of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and energy storage solutions.
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop sustainable and innovative solutions that support the energy transition and help close the gap between the current state and the desired future state of sustainable development.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with projects and ensuring that appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on energy transition-related issues.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in project management, preferably in the energy transition sector.
  • Knowledge of energy transition-related technologies and policies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German and English.
