What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain client relationships skills with renewable energy clients.
  • Manage energy project from a land surveying aspect to meet schedules, budgets, and client needs.
  • Coordinate with other WSB project managers and energy clients on project progress.
  • Work with field and office staff to develop an efficient team approach to survey operations.
  • Proposal preparation and cost estimates renewable utility scale ALTA’s, design surveys and construction staking.
  • Strong skills Civil 3D base mapping and understanding of title commitments and proformas.
  • Drafting legal descriptions\reviewing legal descriptions
  • Drafting and reviewing ALTA surveys and boundary surveys to meet requirements/statutes across the US.

What You Will Bring

  • 5 -7 years’ experience in land surveying
  • A comprehensive knowledge of ALTA’s, Boundary, Topographic, and Construction surveying is required.
  • Good managerial and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Texas Licensed Land Surveyor preferred but not required.
  • Three years' experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Self-motivated, organized and the proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
