The Resource Management Department is growing and therefore we need to find a new team member who will take over and support the process of technician???s training assignment and organization in onshore NCE area.

Your qualifications

• Logistic planning experience & skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, particularly in T&M contract environments.
• Proficiency in workforce management tools and data analysis.
• Ability to lead and recommend optimization scenarios ??? Problem solving and complex thinking
• C1 level English, nice to have high business level

Your Role

As a Training Assistant You will be responsible for:

• Support in building training schedules for projects in the pipeline to meet the market training requirements:
• Participation in analyzing MPP vs. Country / OEM / Platform specific training matrix and flag potential issues.
• Support with booking of training seats with regional training center based on requests & needs from the Resource Teams
• Support with sharing of training- & travel schedule to techs attending the scheduled trainings
• Assist Resource specialist on individual training plans for our most talented techs supporting development of teams & careers.
• Being responsible for ensuring documentation of certificates
• Supporting for retrieving the certificate from training provider or/and techs.
• Support with handling urgent training request due to change in MPP or addressing when a sudden training gap on site is identified
