We are currently seeking several positions to join our Solar Team in Albany, New York; The Electrician provides leadership and technical expertise for all electrical portions of the installation and works with the install team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include

• Interpreting and executing electrical/ structural plans and field layouts
• Installing and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures for PV systems
• Ensuring all projects comply with electrical and building codes
• Performing service work and electrical upgrades as necessary
• Troubleshooting system problems and resolving electrical issues
• Assisting in job closeout

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Comfortable working at high elevations (ladders and pitched roofs)
• Communication is positive, team oriented, clear and motivating
• Comfortable working outdoors year round
• Attentive to detail
• OSHA 10 preferred
