Job Description

Lead teams who ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients. Breadth of scope ranges from managing people supporting individual programs, entire practices, or the company. Operations roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although operations staff will often have direct client contact. 5-8 years relevant experience 2+ years people management Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages one or more teams or a small department.
  • Oversees operations teams responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:
    • Coordination and communication
    • Delivery and quality assurance: w/adherence to program guidelines
    • Project and/or process management
  • Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
  • Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business Development Support

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$76,100.00 - $114,200.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
