We are looking for an experienced candidate with 10+ years of experience to take the role of Programme Manager in the Group Transformation to lead mission-critical initiatives for European Energy.

Our 900+ employees at European Energy develop, construct and operate renewable assets across 25 markets. With a robust pipeline exceeding 60 GW across Solar, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Batteries, Power-to-X and Carbon Capture, we are positioned to further expand our position as a leading player in the global shift towards sustainable energy. We want you to play a crucial role in accelerating a leader in the green transition, help set the direction of the company and drive execution and delivery on European Energy's highest-priority transformation and scaling objectives.

The team

Group Transformation is a team anchored within the CIO area, an international and engaged group of 50+ people with diverse backgrounds, both business and digital savvy.

Our mission is to help deliver meaningful change that sticks. Whether it's shaping new programmes, driving digital initiatives, or supporting cross-functional transformation efforts, Group Transformation plays a key role in turning ambition into action.

It's not just about technology. It's about making transformation work in practice - helping teams implement and sustain the changes that matter most, and ensuring efforts lead to real, measurable impact.

Our team reports directly to the company CIO, and you will be reporting to the Head of Group Transformation.

  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, issues, budgets and benefits to senior management.

  • Track company‑wide progress on strategic priorities and advise top management on corrective actions.

With us you get

  • Direct influence on driving the future operating model and transformation roadmap.
  • Autonomy to lead cross‑functional initiatives and build your own project teams.
  • A steep learning curve and strong exposure to senior decision‑makers.
  • Opportunity to learn from colleagues with top‑tier digital and transformation backgrounds.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to interact seamlessly with senior stakeholders and individuals at all organizational levels.

You find exposure to stakeholders motivating and would like to support driving change and taking the company through its scale-up phase, while tackling some of the biggest issues of our time in a changing energy industry.

Your first assignment will be dedicated to supporting the implementation of foundational processes and digital solutions to support the modernization of our Document Management, Divestment Readiness Processes, and other supporting value streams.
