Scada Project Manager (Renewables)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SCADA Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of SCADA system projects from inception through completion. As a Senior Project Manager in our team you will manage relevant projects with a high level of customer and provider interaction. In this role, you will be the key player in Green Eagle to push and manage special projects, ensuring the alignment of the agreed requirements and the actual delivery, and also responsible for keeping the scope, budget and time delivery in place, while identifying deviations and potential risks in the project and setting the contingency plan.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Steers organization, customers, vendors and partners, on the contribution of the project.
• Being customer main point of contact and managing all the project related resources to guarantee the success of the project.
• Provide the leadership, drive, discipline, and support into teams members (internal and external) through guidance, advice and support, as required to direct reports, other team members and customers
• Efficiently execute the project management role on the assigned projects (documentation, reporting, customer and stakeholders management, planning and scheduling, risk management, budgeting, change control, resource allocation, etc).
• Oversee the tasks and task types allocated to others in a diligent manner in pursuit of effective project delivery.
• Maintain business expertise and provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and commissioning.

What You Need To Succeed

• Proven real experience in renewal automation projects (PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, RTUs…), both in engineering and field works. Minimum 5 years experience in such specific roles.
• A solid understanding of SCADAs, especially in renewable energy installations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Extensive experience in managing large projects with multidisciplinary teams and both internal and external team members.
• Deep understanding of SCADAs, especially in renewable energy installations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in effective and assertive conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and align different interests of stakeholders and to converge in win-win solutions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Professional English level, both spoken and written.

Valuable requirements

• A graduate in BE/ME/MTech in IT/Computer or Electronics and communications.
• Prior experience to top-tier SCADA manufacturers' products or well known engineering companies.
• Experience of top-tier SCADA manufacturers' products or well known engineering companies.
• PMP certification will be a plus.
