What you’ll be doing

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of various business functions within our organization, that will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a leadership role.

We are looking for someone who can take over important processes from the executive team and make sure that we as a company achieve our key goals. The role offer freedom to develop your role and responsibilities over time.

In this role, you will

• Coordinate or project manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies and projects.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, communications and announcements, collecting input, and creating compelling slide decks and documents.
• Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations to executives.
• Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive management team.
• Engage in learning experiences across various departments including software development, product management, operations, and sales.

In addition, we need you to:

• Have excellent Norwegian and English skills.
• Live in or in commuting distance to Oslo, Norway.
• Master’s degree, preferably in industrial economics
• Interest in deployment of new technology such as generative AI from a business perspective
• Proficient user of power BI.
• Good understanding of business operations.
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
