Job Description

What your day would look like
We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Finance & Operations Administrator to join our UK team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person making sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly - spanning finance administration, logistics coordination, and sales support. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a growing international business, and like to wear many hats, this might be your next adventure.
Finance Support
- Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and expense claims.
- Support credit control, monitoring outstanding payments and liaising with finance teams.
- Provide regular financial tracking reports (sales, margins, forecasts, etc.).
- Assist with budgeting and month-end reporting processes.
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with logistics partners and warehouses.
- Monitor stock levels and flag risks to ensure continuity of supply.
- Support order fulfilment and resolve operational issues with customers and partners.
- Liaise with international teams on imports, deliveries, and customs where required.
Sales Support
- Maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and assist with pipeline reporting.
- Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Liaise with customers and channel partners on queries and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for key client accounts, tenders, and events.

Some skills we value
- Experience in a scale-up or within technology/energy industries.
- Knowledge of EV charging, renewables, or adjacent fields.
- Familiarity with UK/EU logistics and supply chain processes.
As for the skills required for this job
- Experience in finance admin, logistics, or commercial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
