Responsibilities
- Facilitate and managing action plans related to functional strategies within Warehouse Process Area.
- Strategic development of supply chain processes, tools and measures in collaboration with IT.
- Participate in global best practice/improvement projects and implementation of KK strategic initiatives.
- Document global training materials, templates instruction and instruct local super users.
- Research industry standards and best practices for supply chain planning processes.
- Change request, System setups, reporting etc.
- Drive implementation and deployment of best practice projects within scope of global community.
- Facilitate global community meetings & workshops.
- Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on overall KPI's & process measures/dashboards.
Our requirements
- Bachelor within Supply Chain Management or Operation Management.
- Years of Experience: 8 to 12 Years.
- Hands on experience in Manufacturing Unit (Warehouse and Production activity at same place not in Distribution centres).
- Deep Process Understanding within Functional Area.
- Microsoft D365 Super User/SAP- Warehouse Module.
- Organize and Lead Communities.
- Stakeholder management with High variety in Cultural and Business perspective.
- International Travel with respect to integration of logistics function.
