OTC Flow is a trading and brokerage firm in renewable energy markets. We provide clients with access to environmental finance markets to meet financial-environmental obligations. The company was established in 2018 and has grown exponentially since. About the Job

As an IT Support, you will streamline the IT department and report directly to management. You will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, and maintenance services to your colleagues. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal queries to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance services;
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed;
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate functionality;
• Provide training on new systems;
• Maintain comprehensive service records and reports;
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product developments;
• Manage 3rd party IT suppliers;
• Advise on improvements in IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar position;
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering or similar. Of course, highly relevant work experience may compensate relevant educational background;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Knowledge of and experience with MS Suite troubleshooting.
