We are specifically looking for someone who is motivated to work with with Business Process Management (BPM) and who is passionate about driving organizational efficiency through well-defined and governed processes. The ideal candidate understands the power of BPM and will thrive in a role that includes implementing and governing business processes, introducing new Document Management and Process Management Systems, and supporting the organization's journey toward becoming a process-driven organization.

• Develop and maintain the company's process model and process documentation
• Facilitate the development and continuous improvement of cross-functional business processes
• Implement and support the Process Management System
• Drive and process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plan and deliver Business Process Management (BPM) training and awareness activities
• Establish and facilitate a BPM community across the organization
• Ensure alignment between business processes and applicable legal, ISO, and APQP4Wind requirements
• Lead and manage comprehensive QMS Audits, including leading internal audits, driving external/third-party certification audits, and hosting customer audits
• Support the maintenance and continuous development of the APQP4Wind standard and related process requirements

As part of the team, we imagine that you

• Have a relevant educational background and at least 3 years of experience within Business Process Management, Quality Management, or a related field
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and APQP4Wind standards and methodologies
• Have experience with process mapping, process improvement, root cause analysis, and quality management
• Possess hands-on experience with audits, Process Management Systems, and Document Management Systems.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented manner
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken Danish and English
