  • Partner with subject matter experts to convert technical and business knowledge into effective learning experiences, applying adult learning, instructional design and accessibility best practices.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions where appropriate and enable others to deliver programmes consistently and effectively.
  • Maintain learning calendars, programme records, standard operating procedures and reusable delivery templates to support efficient programme delivery.
  • Collaborate across regions and time zones to ensure a consistent learner experience and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate learning operations through digital and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants and educational institutions, including requirements gathering, provider selection, contracting, performance management and quality assurance.
  • Determine when content should be built internally or sourced externally, considering capability, quality, cost, speed and sustainability.
  • Develop communication and engagement plans to promote learning opportunities, drive participation and build stakeholder ownership.
  • Monitor participation, learner engagement and programme effectiveness, using data, feedback and business outcomes to evaluate impact, measure return on investment and inform future improvements.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to support collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement in learning and talent development.
  • Contribute to wider Talent initiatives and undertake other duties consistent with the scope and purpose of the role.
