Job Description
Are numbers your thing and do you have an eye for detail? Can you put our incoming invoices through their paces, keep an overview and ensure the smooth running of our processes with your organizational skills? Then we're looking for you! Apply now and join our team!
Your Tasks
- Post-processing of incoming invoices captured by scanner
- Checking invoices for completeness and correctness for VAT purposes
- Supporting invoice verification by the specialist departments in the digital workflow and ensuring a smooth process
- Regular training of the specialist auditors (m/f/d)
- Close cooperation with Accounts Payable and Purchasing
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Nice to have: First experience in the field of auditing
- Good understanding of commercial processes
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with a goal-oriented, structured and conscientious way of working
