Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect at Enexis, you will contribute to an overarching perspective of our organization from a business capabilities standpoint, enabled by our Enterprise Architecture. The Enterprise Architecture team will guide our organization with reference architecture and architectural guidelines.

Working within the energy sector's business capabilities framework, which forms the foundation of our Business Architecture, you will play an important role in organizing Enterprise Architecture to effectively support our business processes and our Digital vision. With your fellow Enterprise Architecture colleagues and Solution Managers, you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of our target architecture. And with the inspirational guidance of the Lead Architect our goal is to align the IT architecture with the business strategy, defining applications based on business needs and the external environment. In collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team you’ll establish architecture principles and provide strategic technical directions, guiding teams towards the target architecture in close collaboration with system architects and solution managers.

Your Role Includes

• Develop and Implement Target Architecture: You will envision, communicate, and evolve our reference architecture. You operate at a strategic level and focus on long-term enterprise-wide alignment.
• Align Architecture with our Strategy: You define applications based on business needs and the external environment, but take into account the entire architecture view from the perspective of capabilities (process, technology, data and people).
• Establish Architecture Principles: You set foundational guidelines for architectural decisions and drive the proper implementation of those.
• Strategic Technical Directions: You provide guidance to teams towards the target architecture and collaborate closely with system architects and solution managers. In this role you ensure an enterprise-wide target architecture is in place to support strategic business cases, aligned with prioritized themes.
• Synchronize Architecture: you are responsible for harmonizing architecture across various business units.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with capability thinking (business architecture)
• Demonstrated architecture experiences in an organization with multiple business and IT lines, at least 10 years of experience within architecture
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to, liaise with and manage senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence, engage and align people in cross-functional roles at all levels
• Familiar with SAFE Agile.

You will work together with:

A diverse group of stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and drive our strategic initiatives forward. You will partner with our Business Owners to synchronize IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. In addition, you will collaborate with System Architects to ensure system designs and implementations align with our overarching architectural principles and strategies. Engaging with Business owners, Epic owners, and Product managers within our BVK (”Beheer- en VerbeterKeten”) teams, you will prioritize and align business capabilities and IT solutions. Coordination with Solution Managers will be essential to integrate business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring comprehensive and effective system development as part of our overall Business Architecture.

What We Offer

• Salaris tussen € 5.482,- en € 7.832,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week). Inclusief secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden kan je salaris oplopen tot € 10.417,- bruto per maand.
• Contribution of 70% to your ABP Choice Pension.
• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can use this flexibly or have it paid out monthly of annually.
• 24.5 vacation days for a full-time position. Need more recharge time? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 extra leave days.
• Opportunities to work from home, including a home office setup provided by us and a reimbursement of € 2.40 per home working day.
