Responsibilities

• Adherence to KK Safety Culture and values
• On time delivery as per SLA with Zero Errors and efficient handling of Master data
• Manage/Maintain the asset management master data across all factories globally.
• Create and manage work orders, job types, resources, and maintenance requests
• Assist with data migration, system testing, and go-live support
• Collaborate within internal stakeholders across the organization
• Develop and maintain technical documents such as User manual, Calibration report, Service reports.
• Create and Maintain maintenance plans and schedules.

Our requirements

• Good knowledge on machine breakdown and preventive maintenance process
• Familiar with Maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and equipment availability.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance concepts
• understanding of asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, work orders, and resource management
• communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation & get things done with quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
