Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as an Operational Design Engineer (Constructor), who will actively participate in the development of solutions, support of production, and implementation of technical changes.
Responsibilities
- Creation and editing of 3D/2D models based on customer or internal requests
- Development of new solutions based on customer or internal requests
- Responsibility for completing assigned tasks and control reports from the Operational Lead
- Cooperation in handling requests from production or customers, including serving as the main contact person for concession/deviation requests (CDR)
- Creation of engineering changes and engineering change requests for serial production as required
- Ensuring a decreasing trend in the total number of Engineering Changes within the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process
- Creation, editing, and maintenance of bills of materials (BOMs) for new and existing product portfolios
- Technical support for production requests with respect to customer needs and specifications
- Compliance with the company’s latest design standards
Our Requirements
- Knowledge of technical drawings and working with bills of materials (BOMs)
- CAD skills: advanced user of Creo Parametric
- Windchill skills: active user of the system within the change management process
- Ability to create and edit 2D and 3D objects
- Responsible and detail-oriented approach to tasks/challenges, with respect for company rules and standards
- Communication skills to present solutions to responsible stakeholders
