Responsibilities

1. Implement manufacturing global processes standards aimed at performance evaluations and improvement initiatives, driving impactful changes across the organization.
2. Lead the adoption of industry best practices in design, manufacturing optimization, and quality management, bringing innovation and efficiency to our processes.
3. Create Manufacturing Bill of Materials & Creation of Work Elements in PLM
4. Employ Design for Excellence (DFx) principles to optimize project timelines and costs, ensuring efficient design practices.
5. Enhance risk management and product quality assurance by continuously developing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
6. Facilitate seamless transitions from R&D to manufacturing through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D.
7. Drive exploration and adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation, positioning our organization at the forefront of innovation.
8. Leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making on Identifying Process Improvement
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, inspiring all members of the organization to contribute to our collective success.
10. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, ensuring open communication and collaboration
11. Implementation of solutions towards manufacturing process improvement.

Our requirements

1. Knowledge of Design for Excellence
2. Expertise in PFMEA / CP / Tools & Equipment Specifications
3. Knowledge about SPC & MSA
4. Deep Understanding of Traceability Process
5. Expertise in 2D & 3D drawing within Auto cad & Solid works
