About the Role

We're looking for local experienced trade professionals open to FIFO work a to join our growing team as our renewable projects evolve and expand in Australia.

As an Electrician at All Energy Contracting, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment on renewable energy projects. You will ensure all work is done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems and equipment, in compliance with local regulations.
• Perform cabling and harness installations.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Plan and lay out electrical systems based on project specifications.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all licenses and certifications are kept up to date with relevant regulations.
• Be a role model for junior and apprentice Electricians, offering guidance and support as needed.

Skills, Qualifications, Attributes & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a qualified Electrician.
• Trade qualified Electrician.
• Experience on Solar, Wind, or Geo/BESS projects is beneficial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the workforce.
• Strong attention to detail, workmanship, and record keeping.
• Ability to travel and work on projects around Australia, including potential Fly in Fly out (FiFo) assignments.
• LVRCPR Certificate
