- Advise on commercial documentation connected to Clean Fuel Regulations, compliance carbon markets, renewable fuel credit systems, FuelEU Maritime, and other emerging environmental programs.
Contract Frameworks and Legal Enablement
- Build and improve scalable contracting frameworks, including templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, playbooks, and negotiation guidance.

- Support compliance matters relevant to Targray's business, including sanctions, trade compliance, authorization controls, and internal policies.
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues connected to new markets, new jurisdictions, and emerging environmental programs.
- Provide practical oversight of corporate governance, legal entity management, board or entity approvals, and corporate documentation.
