How You Will Make an Impact

As a Performance Analyst, you will contribute to the success of our clients and renewable energy projects by transforming operational wind asset data into meaningful insights that support performance optimisation, operational decision-making, and asset value creation.

You will sit at the intersection of performance analytics and data visualisation, combining a strong understanding of wind asset performance with the ability to communicate complex findings through intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collect, manage, and verify operational data to ensure accuracy, quality, and availability for performance evaluation
  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend dashboards and visualisations, primarily in Power BI, that present performance and underperformance insights in a clear and user-friendly manner
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and backend developers to ensure reliable data flows support analytical and reporting solutions
  • Translate complex operational datasets into intuitive visuals and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure usability, performance, and visual consistency across dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Provide input on frontend architecture, tooling, and technology choices related to visualisation and reporting platforms
  • Implement enhancements to dashboards and analyses based on user feedback and evolving business requirements
  • Maintain clear documentation of analyses, dashboards, and methodologies to support transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Stay informed on wind industry performance benchmarks, underperformance drivers, and analytical best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of PEAK Wind's data landscape

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

  • At PEAK Wind, we know success comes in many forms. What matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and drive to make an impact. The following qualities and experiences will help you succeed in this role:
