  • Ensure measurable business value from IT investments by tracking performance against KPIs (asset reliability, maintenance costs, downtime reduction).
  • Lead the design and execution of end-to-end site onboarding processes, ensuring consistent configuration for new generation assets.
  • Standardize asset hierarchies, work management processes, and cost structures across the fleet.
  • Enable end-to-end cost tracking by ensuring seamless integration for labor, materials, contracts, and capital projects.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to improve cost transparency, budget forecasting, and variance tracking.
  • Manage coordination and oversight to IT aspects of asset life cycle including onboarding including hardware, networking, telcom circuits (business and ISO), data set up in systems like BI, Maximo, and CEWIS
  • Lead new M&A initiatives to determine project estimates based on whether they fit existing process or require new model.
  • Develop process and tracks to onboarding schedule while identifying and resolving blockers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and work management processes within power generation or industrial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and SAP or other enterprise finance/cost tracking and work management solutions
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, reliability-centered maintenance, and digital enablement strategies.
