Elron is seeking an ambitious masters student in Energy Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field to join our expert team in Espoo for Summer 2026.
At Elron, we believe each generation should leave the world better than they found it. Our work reflects that belief: we help accelerate the green transition by advising on some of the most significant renewable energy investments in Finland, the Nordics, and the Baltics. In recent years, we have supported our clients in projects with a combined investment value exceeding one billion euros.
As a subsidiary of the Elomatic Group, Elron combines investment banking, strategy consulting, and project development expertise-specifically tailored to the energy sector. As our summer intern, you will work closely with our senior consultants on real client assignments, gaining hands-on experience with financial modelling, market analysis, and the strategic evaluation of energy-sector investments.
