Job Description
Are you a diligent and ambitious law student on the brink of graduation? Are you eager to kickstart your professional journey in a dynamic and unparalleled legal environment? Look no further, because we have the perfect opportunity for you!
The Internship: Step into the dynamic world of Quintas Energy and embark on a transformative journey that fuses legal analysis, excellence, and hands-on experience. As a legal intern, you will be immersed in a unique opportunity to analyze the compliance of solar installations, ensuring adherence to permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.
During this immersive internship, you will:
- Support the review and organisation of project documentation and contracts related to renewable energy projects.
- Assist the team in the preliminary legal review of PV project documentation prepared by third parties.
- Provide support in due diligence processes by compiling and structuring relevant legal information and documents.
- Conduct basic regulatory and legal research related to renewable energy projects and applicable frameworks.
- Assist in identifying potential contractual or compliance issues under the supervision of senior team members.
- Support the preparation of internal notes, summaries and documentation used in advisory projects.
- Coordinate and organise project files and documentation to ensure proper record keeping across advisory assignments.
Conditions
Compensation: 500 euros gross/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 13:00h (20h per week)
Location: our office is in Eur (Rome)
Period: 6 months
Starting date: September
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
- Please read carefully. This is a must:** Currently enrolled in the final year of the Legal Degree program in Sapienza Universitiy, Italy.
- Only a few pending subjects left to complete your degree.
- Possess a minimum of fluent B2 in English and C1 in Italian (will be assessed during the interview). Spanish will be a plus
- Full availability during Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Based in Rome (office is in Eur).
