Digital Experience Manager

What you will do

• Lead the definition and management of the user experience for a cross-functional product, ensuring usability, engagement, and adoption.
• Define success metrics, monitor results, and support requirement prioritization.
• Manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, aligning needs, requirements, and feedback.
• Ensure a smooth UX/UI process in close collaboration with designers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with development teams to implement, validate, and continuously evolve the defined experience.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Management, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Over 5 years of experience in digital project management or UX-related roles
• Solid background in:
  • End-to-end UX/UI processes
  • User journey mapping
  • UX research & ideation
  • Service design, design thinking, and agile methodologies
• Proficiency with:
  • Figma (must-have)
  • Medallia, VWO, JIRA, and PowerBI (nice-to-have)
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, team spirit, proactivity, creativity, and resilience.
