We're hiring a Senior Bid Coordinator!

Join our Global Sourcing team and play a key role in driving efficient bid processes across the organization. In this role, you'll support RFQ submissions, manage quality master data, lead post-bid analysis, and coordinate supplier interactions—contributing directly to our global targets and KPIs.

The Senior Bid Coordinator provides global support on selected departmental tasks within the entire Global Sourcing, contributing to achieving departmental targets and KPIs, while facilitating efficient bid processes within the organization. Responsibilities include but not limited to supporting RFQ submission, collecting quality master data, conducting post-bid analysis, and coordinating interactions with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support submittal and administration of RFQs through Keelvar according to the Bid plan and timeline
  • Handle the task of making sure that required master data is or will be collected and entered into DAX/D365 - Provide support to Project Sourcing for collecting information and bids
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to gather feedback on the proposal submission and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate any necessary interactions with supplier, such as attending pre-bid meetings or addressing Sourcing inquiries during the bid process.
  • Assist Sourcing Excellence when data and support are required
  • Support escalations tasks regionally
  • General support for various administrative support within GS where required
  • Contribute to support targets and KPIs within GS
  • Actively support colleagues abroad advocating one global team
