Job Description

Successful Candidates will be located within Central/North New Jersey.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor, supporting various residential energy efficiency programs in the state of NJ! You will oversee a team of local, on-site program and company representatives who support residential customers taking advantage of state funded energy efficiency improvements. In this role, you will...

• Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy-efficient equipment, pre/post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory
• Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures
• Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
• Travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle

Exciting candidates have...

• Over 7 years of relevant industry experience - including auditing, home inspections, home equipment installation
• Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting
• High school diploma or GED required
• BPI Certification preferred

Target Compensation

$87,000 - $90,000

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

$86,700.00 - $130,100.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
