Team Lead HR Services (f/m/d)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead in Cluj for our HR Shared Services department to buildup and lead our HR Services Global team. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing and international environment. Having a pragmatic way of working and a hands-on mentality is also crucial for this role.

What you will do

• Buildup, lead and develop a team of HR Services Specialists and Experts located in different countries (Switzerland, Romania and Spain) to ensure high quality and employee satisfaction
• Accountable for a smooth service transition and for building up a strong knowledge foundation
• Accountable for the HR global organizational and position management process and execution
• Actively take over and execute operational activities in German and English to support the team
• Support in building up a global mobility competency center and further establish the global mobility governance framework, its policies and processes
• Further harmonize and streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and analyse KPIs across the whole HR Shared Services department (resolution time, customer satisfaction etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the HR Services Switzerland and HR Services International team to ensure consistent service delivery
• Actively work in global cross-functional projects e.g. Global HR Services Delivery Model

What you bring & who you are

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations/Shared Services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), ideally in an international context
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project activities simultaneously
