Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly capable Business Systems & Workflow Analyst to support the stability, execution, and continuous improvement of Peak Energy's core business systems and digital workflows across Asia Pacific.
This role will be critical to systems execution and enablement, translating defined process and operational requirements into well-functioning, reliable system configurations. The Analyst will focus on system workflows, data integrity, automation, reporting, and issue resolution across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and BI tools, enabling the organization to scale efficiently while reducing operational friction.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, and who enjoys working closely with a process and digital transformation leader to industrialize business processes.
Responsibilities will be phased based on business priorities, with an initial focus on core system reliability and workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Systems & Workflow Execution
- Configure, maintain, and optimise workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and related platforms, based on defined business and process requirements
- Support user journeys across different internal systems and workflows
- Ensure systems operate reliably and as designed across multiple countries and teams
- Data Integrity, Field Mapping & System Reliability
- Own system-level troubleshooting including
- Field mappings and object relationships
- Data flow issues between integrated systems
- Broken automations or workflow triggers
- Reporting inconsistencies and data quality issues
- Identify and resolve root causes of data or workflow failures.
- Proactively audit systems to improve data quality, consistency, and usability.
- Act as the first line of support for system-related operational issues
- Own system-level troubleshooting including
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Power BI as required
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with defined business metrics
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs for operations, sales, and management teams
- Assist in improving data visibility and decision support through structured reporting
- AI & Automation Support
- Support the exploration and implementation of AI-driven tools and features within existing business systems (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, predictive analytics, smart automations).
- Assist in testing and deploying AI-enabled capabilities to enhance system efficiency, data quality, and user experience
- Stay current on emerging AI features and automation capabilities across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related platforms, and proactively flag opportunities for adoption
- System Documentation & Enablement
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, system configurations, and data structures
- Support system enablement by preparing user guides, FAQs, and basic training materials
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new workflows, enhancements, or system changes
- Support structured rollouts of system enhancements across regions
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the Process, Efficiency & Optimization Manager to translate process designs into system implementations
- Flag system limitations, improvement opportunities, and potential automation ideas
- Contribute suggestions for improving system efficiency and user experience, while aligning with defined governance and design decisions
Key Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Engineering, or other relevant fields with a strong focus on data, systems, or technology
- 2-3 years' experience in business systems, workflow automation, or digital operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, or similar enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated experience working with:
- Field mappings and object relationships
- Workflow automations and triggers
- System integrations and data flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from defined requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Comfort with fast-paced, multi-country environments
Preferred
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
- Exposure to systems focusing on CRM, automation, or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with multi-country or regional system rollouts
- Experience supporting renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based businesses is a plus
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data architecture concepts
