RevoluSun has installed more than 8,000 solar systems over the past ten years and we are looking for experienced Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Panel Installers to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Residential Solar Installer is responsible for installing residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. In addition to the skills and experience outlined below, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the solar industry, is a team player, whose values are in line with our own and who has the ability to learn and follow our processes.

Your typical day as a Residential Solar Installer

Your typical day will be spent at the job site performing the following duties:

• Preparing homes for panel installation by installing roof railings and stand offs
• Mounting solar panels on homes
• Properly flashing all roof penetrations
• Conducting supervised light electrical work including running electrical DC wires to inverters
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment

Who we're looking for

To be considered for our Solar Installer opportunity you must:

• Be able to climb ladders to get on a roof
• Be able to work on roofs for 4-6 hours a day
• Ability to bend conduit is a plus

You must also possess the following experience:

• 1+ year experience working on a roof
• 1+ year working in the construction industry
• Electrical experience is a plus
• PV experience is a plus

Other requirements:

• Must have a valid HI Driver's License
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (no DUIs in the last 7 years)
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

Employment type: full-time

Compensation: $20-$35/hr DOE
