We are looking for a skilled Accounting & Consolidation Manager to become an integral part of our Finance team. In this role, you will lead key consolidation and reporting processes, collaborate across departments, and help drive financial excellence across our international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Developing and implementing accounting principles and guidelines across the Group
- Leading consolidation projects for newly acquired subsidiaries
- Supporting the annual audit process and collaborating closely with auditors
- Partnering with Accounting, Controlling, and other internal stakeholders
- Overseeing monthly accounting reports and intercompany transactions
- Driving selected financial processes - e.g. support of transfer pricing, internal rules
- Conducting regular balance sheet reviews
- Handling ad-hoc finance tasks and projects
- Leading an assigned team of 2 specialists
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Audit Consolidation
- Demonstrated ability to manage or coordinate a small team, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, with proven experience in real-world financial reporting and audit
- Professional proficiency in Czech and English
- University degree in Economics or Finance
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills
