In deiner Rolle unterstützt du naturstrom, auf Marktveränderungen flexibel zu reagieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung neuer und bestehender prozessualer Anforderungen und übernimmst dabei eine fachliche Führungsrolle.
Du erkennst potenzielle Schwachstellen und notwendige Korrekturen im System frühzeitig und steuerst Maßnahmen, um Probleme zu verhindern.
In fachlichen Fragen liegt die inhaltliche Verantwortung bei dir - du gibst die Richtung vor und triffst die Entscheidungen zur konkreten Umsetzung.
Du unterstützt die Teams der EWD bei der Sicherstellung der energiewirtschaftlichen Aufgaben und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb des Abrechnungssystems sicher.
Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen naturstrom und externen Dienstleistern und Systemherstellern sorgst du mit dem Team A&Q für eine effektive Kommunikation und schnelle Umsetzungen.
Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Dienstleistern entwickelst du effiziente und branchenkonforme Lösungen für die EWD.

Deine Qualifikationen
- mehrjährige, umfassende Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft, idealerweise in der Marktrolle des Lieferanten
- tiefes Verständnis für komplexe Abrechnungs- und ERP-Systeme, bspw. FirstSale/Wilken E:nergy
- umfassendes, energiewirtschaftliches Prozessverständnis
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung/Steuerung von Teams oder Prozessen
- IT- und Projektaffinität
- hohe Eigenmotivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
