Job Description
Operation Support Area is the area in charge of controlling and monitoring the Services, it must provide support in the initial definition of spare parts, tools and resources for the execution by the Operational area. You must ensure that the entire System (SAP and Salesforce) are aligned with the Operation, establish KPI's and operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
- Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
- Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
- Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
- Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
- On time communication to crews an partners is guaranteed
- KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control
Qualifications
- Experience in the wind industry
- Industrial Engineering, logistics, or a related career.
- SAP intermediate-advanced level. (PM, MM, SD)
- Advanced level Microsoft tools. (Excel - Macro, Power BI)
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Experience in logistics processes, without being exclusive
