Deine Aufgaben

Schaffung der Grundlagen unserer Windparks von morgen mit einem hohen Anteil an Außendienst
Projektverantwortung von der ersten Projektidee bis zur Vorbereitung des Genehmigungsverfahrens
Akquise und Entwicklung von Flächen für Windenergieprojekte in Abstimmung mit unseren Fachabteilungen
Aufbau einer Vertrauensbeziehung und Verhandlungsführung mit Grundstückseigentümer:innen
Überzeugen von Amtsträger:innen und politischen Vertretern bei Kommunen und Planungsbehörden

Das bringst du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Ein sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick mit gutem Gespür für Gesprächspartner sowie die Fähigkeit, Kontakte aufzubauen und zu pflegen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Motivation, Projekte eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben
Du bist mehr noch als im Büro „im Feld" zu Hause und im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B
