Als POS Trainer*in & Coach bist du die treibende Kraft hinter unseren Sales-Teams - du entwickelst, schulst und begleitest Menschen, die mit Leidenschaft für die gute Sache verkaufen.

Deine Mission

Du machst aus Neueinsteigerinnen überzeugende Markenbotschafterinnen - mit Herz, Struktur und klarer Didaktik.

Du begleitest sie von den ersten Verkaufsschritten bis hin zu nachhaltiger Performance-Entwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

Planung, Aufbau & Durchführung des POS-Onboardings (zwei Wochen)
Schulung in allen Basics: Produktwissen, Pitch, Einwandbehandlung, Abschluss
Praxisorientiertes Live-Training direkt am POS - du machst's vor: stoppen, pitchen & closen!
Fortlaufendes Coaching & Performanceentwicklung bestehender Verkäufer*innen
Entwicklung von Trainingskonzepten, Modulen & Unterlagen für den POS-Vertrieb
Dokumentation & Feedback zu individuellen Lernfortschritten
Workshops zu Mindset, Motivation & Resilienz im Sales-Alltag
Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer neuen Vertriebsakademie

Was du mitbringst

Nachweisliche Erfahrung im POS-Vertrieb - du kannst selbst pitchen & abschließen
Training & Development-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld
Didaktisches Feingefühl & Leidenschaft fürs Coachen
Psychologisches Grundverständnis für Motivation & Einwandbehandlung
Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte praxisnah zu vermitteln
