GARCZYNSKI TRAPLOIR YVETOT, filiale de VINCI Energies, c'est une équipe de 59 collaborateurs engagés, un chiffre d'affaires de 13 M€, et une expertise reconnue dans les infrastructures d'énergie, l'éclairage public et les énergies renouvelables. Implantée à Yvetot (76), notre entreprise intervient aussi bien en milieu rural qu'urbain pour créer, renforcer et moderniser les réseaux de distribution électrique.
🎯 Votre mission : accompagner et piloter des projets à fort impact
En tant que Responsable d'affaires F/H, vous serez le chef d'orchestre de vos projets, de la conception à la livraison. Rattaché(e) au chef d'entreprise, vous gérez un portefeuille d'environ 2 à 3 M€, principalement sur nos activités réseaux d'énergies aériens et souterrains ainsi que d'éclairage public, idéalement sur la région Rouen/Yvetot.
Vos responsabilités ?
- Répondre aux appels d'offres avec le soutien du bureau d'études
- Négocier les contrats, ouvrir les budgets et suivre les achats
- Assurer la bonne exécution technique et contractuelle des chantiers
- Manager les équipes travaux (conducteur de travaux, technicien BE, 3 équipes terrain)
- Piloter les plannings, les ressources humaines et matérielles
- Suivre la facturation, les relances et les encours
- Garantir la rentabilité financière et la satisfaction client
Profil recherché
Vous êtes diplômé(e) Bac +2 à Bac +5 en génie civil, électrotechnique ou génie électrique, avec une expérience confirmée en gestion d'affaires dans le secteur de l'énergie. Vous êtes :
- Organisé(e), curieux(se), réactif(ve)
- Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un vrai sens du leadership
- Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de gestionnaire et votre capacité à fédérer
