Ihre Aufgaben

Du unterstützt die Migration zu SAP SuccessFactors mit Fokus auf Datenmapping, Datenbereinigung und Testläufen
Bei der Einführung und Konfiguration der SuccessFactors-Module (u. a. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) wirkst du aktiv mit
Zusätzlich führst du System- und Integrationstests durch und begleitest die User Acceptance Tests
Du unterstützt die Prozessübertragung von rexx und Interflex in SuccessFactors
Ergänzend erstellst du Dokumentationen, Modulübersichten und einfache Schulungsunterlagen
Im laufenden SAP-SuccessFactors-Projekt leistest du kontinuierliche Unterstützung

Ihr Profil

Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors ein
Ein laufendes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bildet die Grundlage deines fachlichen Profils
Mit deinem Interesse an Systemimplementierung, Prozessdesign und HR-Digitalisierung unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Systeme
Eine gute Daten- und IT-Affinität, zum Beispiel im Umgang mit Excel und CSV, ermöglicht dir eine präzise Arbeit mit HR-relevanten Daten
